Natawill Nutrition accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards at the present time. Do you offer “free trials” of any of your products?

My order never arrived. How can I get a replacement sent?

If you did not receive what you ordered from us please contact us to let us know and we will reship your order as soon as possible at no additional cost to you, it’s as simple as that. Unfortunately logistics never has been and never will be perfect. We understand that sometimes packages get lost or sent to the wrong place and we will send you a replacement at no additional charge in the event that your shipment does not deliver to you. We kindly ask that you check your shipment tracking information and/or mailbox prior to requesting a reshipment. If you have not received your order, please send us an email at customerservice@natawillnutrition.com and we will reship your order as soon as possible. Please note that a signature may be required to confirm delivery on the new shipment.

If you choose to pay via credit card an authorization will be taken at the time of purchase.

An authorization is a temporary hold placed on funds within your credit card account in order to make sure that you possess funds that are sufficient to complete the actual transaction. Authorizations are released at the time when the credit card is actually charged. All orders placed on this website, with Natawill Nutrition that are paid for with a credit card will be charged at the time when the order ships. If you choose to pay using PayPal, your PayPal account will be charged at the time of purchase.
